Hotel Mercure Utrecht-Bunnik has 80 beautiful bedrooms with shower or bath, toilet, telephone, hairdryer, colour television with pay-tv and coffee and tea facilities. Breakfast is served as an extensive buffet.

Meetings
For your meetings, courses and festive occasions Hotel Mercure Utrecht-Bunnik has 26 different function rooms, the largest of which is suitable for approximately 350 persons. Exhibition space is also available.

The hotel does have a 24 hours reception, but note that late check in needs to be guaranteed with valid credit card details. Without credit card details is it possible to check in till 18.00 hours the latest.

- Take exit 19 toward Bunnik.
- At the end of the exit turn left.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.68 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.
