Cadzand-Bad is the most southern located bathing resort in the Netherlands. It is just 3 kilometers away from the Belgian border and 8 kilometers away from Knokke. Cadzand-Bad has an wide beach and an extensive dune area. The village of Cadzand-Bad naturally goes over into natural area Het Zwin, a beautiful walking area.Tourists information
By ferry boat:Take the ferry Vlissingen-Breskens via the A58.
The ferry sails every ten minutes before the half hour and ten minutes before every hour. From 18.50 the ferry only sails ten minutes before every hour. Every saturday/sunday only ten minutes before the hour, of which the last one departs at 20.50.
However from may/september the ferry does sail every half hour ion saturdays and sundays.
The ferry takes about 20 minutes. When arriving in Breskens you can take bus 14 which goes straight into Cadzand-Bad, this is only valid for may/september.
The other months it's better to take bus 2b towards Oostburg. In oostburg you can go onto the bus towards Cadzand.
Via Antwerp:
On the A58, a few kilometers after Bergen op Zoom, theres a junction to Antwerp (A4). In Belgium this goes over into the A12. Zeeuws-Vlaanderen has the special brown signs. You'll drive via the Liefkenshoektunnel, this is a toll way.Once you're through the Liefkenshoektunnel Zeeuws-Vlaanderen will be on the signs,. From there drive towards Knokke via the N49 untill you find the junction Aardenburg. Then follow the direction Oostburg, at the rotundas keep following Kust/Cadzand. Once you're in Cadzand take the first direction right at the mill. In Cadzand-Bad follow the Boulevard untill you see Hotel de Schelde on your left hand side.
Via the Westerscheldetunnel:
The Westerscheldetunnel is the main connection between Midden-Zeeland en Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The tunnel lies between Ellewoutsdijk and Terneuzen. On the northside of the tunnel lies between Middelburg and Goes on the A58, on the southside of the N61. The quick passage through the longest traffic tunnel in the Netherlands, takes about 5 minuten, however a toll has to be payed, EUR 4,60 per one way, per vehicle.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.07 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
