Tourists information

By Car
Follow highway A9 into the direction of Alkmaar. At the end of the A9 on the roundabout go to the left. Follow Bergen, Bergen centrum. At the terraces take a right, pass the Albert Heijn Supermarket. The first street on the right is the Russenweg. The Hotel 1900 is at your left hand.
In front of the hotel there are a number of free parking spaces and in the streets surrounding the hotel there still is free parking available.
By car you can reach Schiphol and Amsterdam within 30 minutes.
By train
Take the train to Alkmaar. From there take the bus to Bergen Centrum (nr. 160, 162). At the terraces take a right, passe the Albert Heijn Supermarket. The first street on the right is the Russenweg. The Hotel 1900 is at your left hand.

Payment will be done at check-in.
If paying with credit card the hotel charges a surcharge of 2% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.50 per day.
