Short description

2beHotel Kind of Blue is a small-scale design hotel in the heart Maastricht in the district of Wyck. The station is at 2 minutes walking distance and the centre on walking distance. The suite and two hotel rooms are situated in an old mansion, where the owners also live. Suite and rooms are designed, with feeling for luxurious art and comfort, by the Maastricht architect Niek Bisscheroux. The philosophy of Kind of Blue is that guests feel at "home" in a special way thanks to the hotel’s motto: freedom and joyfulness.

Area information

Kind of Blue is situated in the Wyck-area (centre of Maastricht) between the old and the new Maastricht, within 2 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. There are many restaurants and bars in the area, as well as the Bonnefanten museum, The Dutch Institute for Architecture and the modern "Ceramique". Within 10 minutes you will be at one of the cosy squares; the Vrijthof or the Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein.

Route Description

From the A2
- When u enter Maatsricht, go right at the fifth traffic light
- At the first traffic light go to the right
- You are now on the Wilhelminasingel, but to reach our hotel, you need to make an extra round
- At the first traffic light go to the right again
- Take the first road at your right handside
- Follow this road and go at the end to the right, and than again to the right.
- You will find Hotel Kind of Bleu on number 87

From Luik/Liege
- When you enter Maastricht from the A2, go to the left at the second traffic light.
- At the first traffic light you go to the richt
- Take the first road on your right handside
- You are now on the Wilhelminasingel, but to reach our hotel, you need to make an extra round.
- Follow this road till the end and go to the right again.
- Go to the right and on number 87 you will find Hotel Kind of Bleu.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
