Bordine is a small friendly bed & breakfast. All 5 rooms/studios have a shower/toilet, equipped kitchenette, coffee & tea machine, fridge, oven, microwave, sat/cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, tel/fax and a computer with free wifi/cable Internet access. Free parking. Bicycle rent service, Snack/Dinner & Drink, call & pay delivery service.There are 2 locations. Bordine B & B is situated at Bordineweg 113, close to the FEC Expo centre, and 18 min walking from station. Bordine StudioRent is located at P. Moreelsestraat 25, and 8 min walking from the station and the old city centre of Leeuwarden, and nearby shopping street "Schrans". Both location are very easy to reach and close to city bus stops. At the B & B are 2 double/single room/studios, no 1 and no 2, Breakfast at room possible ( = B & B/Hotel Service), or without Breakfast ( = RentService). At Anexe StudioRent room no 3, the bigger apartment, for single or double use - (max 4 persons), and no 5, the smaller single/double room/studio, are both only without Breakfast ( = Rent service).

Bordine Bed & Breakfast and StudioRent is not realy a usual Hotel, the rooms are in Dutch houses, at typical Dutch streets, so you stay between the Dutch. It also gives you the feeling away from home, at home. Bordine has totaly 4 double/single Rooms-Studios and 1 apartment (max. 4 persons), at 2 locations at Leeuwarden.All our Room-Studio-Apartments have a lot of facilities and free services, and are suitable for leisure and Business travelers. The rooms are decorated in warm colours, as well as the personal attention we can give to our guests is different, we hope better then a standard Hotel. You will be most welcome.

Bordine is located 80 miles, up north Amsterdam centre / airport, easy to reach every 1/2 hour by direct fast intercity train, or you take the highway and cross the " Afsluitdijk " by car or coach "interliner". City leeuwarden has a old centre with canals like Amsterdam, and Business WTC EXPO centre and international Universitys. Also many Musea and great shopping possibilitys, many international Restaurants and cozy terrases at the canals, also a great nightlife. The small Frisian village and the famous Frisian lakes, and the ancient eleven Frisian citys are a realy a visit worth, and don't forget to visit the Waddensea ( protected landscape), and the Wadden islands, like Ameland, with the great sandy spacious beaches.Informacje dla podróżujących
Bordine has 2 locations in Leeuwarden. ( Click on pictures and chooce map picture, upper red point is StudioRent at Paulus Moreelsestraat, the lower red point is B & B at Bordineweg 113). The B & B is close to WTC FEC expo centre. The B & B is 18 min (direction west south/west bound) walking distance, from (back side) station and old town. Bordine StudioRent at Paulus Moreelsestraat 25, is 8 min. walking from ( back side) station and old town (direction south bound). Both locations are easy reachable by car or train from the south Belgium (drive Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Zwolle, Leeuwarden), from east Germany by car or train drive Nijmegen/Arnhem, Apeldoorn, Zwolle, Heerenveen, Leeuwarden, from the north Skandinavie/germany by car or train drive Nieuweschans Groningen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and from the west England /USA by Ferry boat to Holland or Belgium by car or train to to Amsterdam, to Leeuwarden. From Amsterdam central-station or airport Amsterdam-schiphol there is a direct train every 1/2 hour up to Amersfoort, to Groningen/Leeuwarden, sometimes you have to change train in Amersfoort to the trainpart Leeuwarden (always last part of the train). Traveling by car, when you arrive in Leeuwarden, from Heerenveen (south) or Drachten (east), drive over the bridge in Leeuwarden,then you reach crossing, where you only can go left or right, for B & B Bordineweg 113, turn left direction WTC FEC Expo centre, cross round about (straight ahead), then at next traffic lights go left ( Middelzeelaan), follow this street till you reach the canal ( not bend left), at the Canal go left, then second road at left is Bordineweg, you see us at right no 113 ( second block houses. To find Bordine StudioRent, turn right ( after passing the bridge entering Leeuwarden, direction centre, then first traffic lights left, then next traffic lights go left, then right, you are at Verlengde Schrans, at pharmacy and Flower store go left, there you can park car for free. First street on Left is Paulus Moreelsestraat (no 25), walk to Bordine Studiorent, use intercom of studio you reseved. To reach B & B at Bordineweg 113 with a taxi from station/old centre cost aprox eur 7 , or you can use the city bus no 34 from station, take stop Uiterdijksterweg (Nijlan), then take first street on your right, walk till Bordineweg till second road crossing, then walk to the left, the second block houses you find B & B, no 113. WELCOME. You can use the check in intercom, after we open the door for you, you can go to your room. We will arrive later at your room to help you with check in. You can pay at arrival. At Location P. Moreelsestraat only cash payments are possible.Uwagi
Please let the Bordine know your approximate arrival time if possible, check in on apointment from 16-22 hour.There are 2 Locations; B & B at Bordineweg 113 (room no 1 or no 2), or Depenence/anexe Bordine StudioRent ( room no 3 or 4 or 5), Location Paulus Moreelsestraat 25. You can use the intercom at your booked location, to let us know that you have arrived, after we open the door for you, and you can go to your room. At your room you will find the check in form, please fill in, and your keys. We arrive asap at your room, to help you futher with check in. At arrival you can pay your bill. Location P. Moreelsestraat payments only in cash possible. You will be most welcome.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome.
All children from 5 to 18 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Baby cots are not available.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
